Drew Barrymore Reveals Diet Secrets

Drew Barrymore keeps in shape by eating whatever she wants — but in smaller portions.
The He’s Just That Into You star says since starting a grazing style diet, she has lost weight and feels great about herself.
“My top beauty and fitness tip is to eat whatever you want in smaller increments but don’t starve yourself to societal pressures,” Drew said. “And I love to exercise because it makes me feel good about myself.”
Barrymore, 34, recently denied claims she had rekindled her romance with former flame Justin Long.
“We’re good friends, and we’re doing a film this summer,” Drew said on Friday’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, “and I think it’s very confusing.”
