Jennifer Aniston admits her superstar status has affected her love life.

The former Friends actress — who is divorced from Brad Pitt and recently split from beau John Mayer — says being famous has hindered her chances of finding Mr Right.

“Someone said to me that if I ever had the chance to become a movie star, grab it,” the 40-year-old told Britain’s Now magazine. “It would make dating easier. Which is baloney.”

“Seriously,” Anison added, “the worst advice I ever got was to ‘wait two days before answering the call’ if I was asked out on a date.

“That’s ridiculous because every circumstance is different.”
