Hugh Jackman’s Chilling Shower

Hugh Jackman has revealed how he “tapped in” to Wolverine’s rage — by taking cold showers.
The Aussie actor — who recently addressed rumors about his sexuality — will soon be back on the big screen in X-Men spin-off movie Wolverine.
And it’s Jacman’s bathroom routine that makes his performance so passionate.
“I try a number of ways to tap into that rage he has,” says Jackman of his comic book persona. “It’s not always easy when you’re tired and it’s a night shoot.
“One good one I came up with was a quick ice-cold shower. It’s amazing just how angry you can get after plunging yourself into freezing water at three in the morning.”
