Sarah Jessica Parker is ready for her babies!

The Sex and The City star and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, are expecting twins via surrogate later this year.

And Sarah — who is already mom to son James Wilkie, 6 — is said to be eagerly awaiting the birth.

“They’ve always wanted to become parents again,” a source told People magazine.

“They realized after the first or second year after James was born that it would be nice to have another baby.

“They’ve always talked about wanting [more] kids, it just wasn’t happening. Sarah had difficulty getting pregnant. So they went the surrogate route.”

The source adds that Parker and Broderick are “great parents. They have a good time with their son.

“Matthew is very hands-on. He loves to get on the floor and play with James. He’s a kid himself so he loves to act like a kid with James. And James, of course, loves it.”
