Amy Winehouse won’t be seeing the paparazzi outside her home anytime soon — she has won a legal ruling banning photographers from following her.

The star, 25, sought the order — which targets targets London-based Big Pictures agency and “persons unknown” –  to ban photographers if they follow her or approach her within 100 meters of her home, a source said.

Winehouse sought the injunction last month after moving from the north London neighborhood of Camden to the Hadley Wood area of Enfield, further north.

“Every time she got in her car she was chased or jostled, and it has become unsafe not just for her, but the people around her,” a source said. “We don’t have a problem with the press doing their job but it has become mayhem a couple of times and Amy had to do something.”
