Katy Perry has revealed who she looks up to when it comes to fashion — Freddy Mercury.

The I Kissed a Girl hitmaker says the late Queen rocker inspires her choice of clothing.

“Freddy Mercury,” Perry told reporters when asked who she looks up to, stylewise. “He’s probably the person who inspires me the most.”

Katy also insists she isn’t worried about wearing the hottest brands — because she doesn’t care where her clothes come from.

“It doesn’t matter who makes it, where it comes from, whether it’s your grandmother’s closet or it’s a couture showroom,” she said. “If it looks good on you, wear it!”

Perry, 24, recently caused controversy after blogging about swine flu.
