Christina Aguilera to Make Big Screen Debut

Christina Aguilera is gearing up to make her big screen debut — in a musical.
The Dirrty hitmaker, 28, is set to tar in Burlesque, the story of an ambitious small town girl who heads to Los Angeles and finds love and success while working at a burlesque nightclub.
It will be the first time that the singer has starred in a movie, although she did provide the voice for a small part in the animated film Shark Tale.
Shooting will begin later this year.
