Hollywood super-couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly heading for one of the messiest, most expensive breakups in showbiz.
According to the National Enquirer, the pair have been spending so much time apart while Jolie films her new movie Salt, that their relationship has been stretched to the breaking point.
The tabloid reports:
Family and friends expect a heartbreaking battle for their six children, and sources predict a titanic fight over their massive $250 million fortune.
“Brad and Angelina have been leading increasingly separate lives, and Brad has had enough of being a full-time dad,” maintained an insider. “He’s visited Angelina only once on the New York set of her latest movie, and he genuinely feels they no longer have the equal relationship they once did.”
As one of Tinsel Town’s top A-list couples, Brad pulls in up to $35 million a film, while Angelina banks around $20 million per movie. Sources say dividing their tangled assets is sure to be a legal minefield.
But as Brad, 45, and Angelina, 33, brace for a possible split, the issue of child custody is causing the greatest heartache, sources say.

I don’t understand, why would there be a fight over their “fortune”? They are NOT married. Therefore, aside from the custody battle, their bank accounts are their own, nothing to fight about there.

They arent breaking up…I wish magazines would get over it & stop lying.
This story is trash and I can’t believe people are making reference to the National Enquirer as a legitimate source. Then again, it was tabloid rumors which created a well calculated web of deceit that Pitt and Jolie would get trapped by because of how the bad gossip and bad timing clashed and conflicted with reality which made them targets of an ongoing media misportrayal. The media has become so out of control with their lies, distortions, and contradictions because most of the ignorant and immoral public was effectively conned into buying
into that false storyline spawned by those well-calculated rumors and sordid tale of betrayal which would give them license
to create a negative spin around everything. They even recently
planted a couple of false statements in their interviews to cover up the fact that Jennifer once again makes misleading comments to make people think Jolie confessed to an affair when she has gracefully denied after 4 years of unfounded hatred and sick politics. Their interviews are never an accurate reflection of what they try to say, everything gets distorted
into the media’s profitable and pre-existing foul paradigm. Anyway, Jolie clearly stated that the romance unexpectedly began after his split and described her friendship with Pitt during the movie. A lot of important details were cut out.
Anyway, it has been observing their words, behaviors, actions,
and etc for more than 10 years that would lead me to understand the truth. I haven’t let the media and his ex brainwash me.
People just suddenly forget years of Pitt being well known
as moralistic, family-oriented, reliable, grounded, real, honest, and sincere. Jolie reformed considerably over her dark past way before Pitt came into the picture. There are tons of things to say and I don’t have the time. Pitt and Jolie are the ones who are being wronged and victimized. All of these sheep who jumped on that corrupt bandwagon are the ones who will suffer from karma because spreading slander and ill will towards good people is a sin. Even worse, a manipulative and
conniving fraud is being glorified, trusted, and respected over
what lies created. She has done nothing but take advantage of Pitt and then destroy him when it beneficial for career, image,
and popularity. She inherited that wonderfully perfect and false image and utmost level of adoration after she married Pitt
but the world seems to be too lost in its delusions and illusions. I did my own digging. Pitt is not the first celeb to be wrongly accused and be stuck in this kind of misportrayal. He
was the first one to be destroyed because his disgusting, selfish, and coldly ambitious ex validated the gossip and lead a campaign against him. Other celebs like Paul Newman, Affleck, and Tom Cruise, etc received the benefit of the doubt being stuck in similar misportrayals because of the same kind of rumors but oddly the man who exhibited the most solid character and best personality gets instant treachery and disbelief from
a fickle and unethical public. Pitt and Jolie are right for each other and they got together despite all of the gossip.
The media kept linking Pitt with Jolie before they ended up together because they knew it would happen eventually due to their chemistry and compatibility. It was the perfect set-up and they knew he would fall into the tabloids hands and that perceptions over her past would damage their crediblity.
Pitt and Jolie got together about three months after his separation which was a mutual decision that didn’t occur because of the rumors. Aniston is a snake. I guess the truth doesn’t matter to most people. Most of what you read is untrue or inaccurate.

You can’t trust what you read anymore because of the power Aniston gave to the press and the media pretending to be righteous when it is a very corrupt, duplicitious, and greedy institution. There are so many false stories and contrived controversies. Journalists and
the numerous people on Team Aniston know they can get away with saying and doing anything to Pitt/Jolie because they know the targets will get the blame because the media and his ex obessively feed into the spite and hatred. Pitt and Jolie are the real deal. One of the few good guys in Hollywood had to get destroyed while a person who epitomizes the worst qualites an actress can have becomes the most adored woman on the planet and a favorite of the press. Why hasn’t people noticed the bias and this trash is tabloid-created and tabloid-driven? Pitt and Jolie didn’t confess to nor committ to adultery. Pitt once again was forced to clarify he didn’t cheat but the media managed to sabotage his stance by throwing those misquotations in his face. I know Pitt and Jolie would rather die than confess to a wrongdoing they did not committ and would have such a nasty impact on the masses. Mickey Brett is not writing a tell-all, that is one of the many recent false stories being circulated. He is on good terms with them and he even denied that story but the media is not circulating his denial.
Pitt and Jolie are solid as a rock. They are devoted to their careers, humanitarian work, many other interests, their family, and most of all to each other. They have a bond most couples will never have: the gift of truth and spiritual strength. These millions of flamers are just bringing them closer together. Don’t believe everything you read.
Oh my goodness, if we believe every time a tabloid said they were breaking up, adopting more kids, getting married, Brad and Angelina would have been history along time ago. I do believe “Vick” is an employee of the Jolie-Pitt’s. No one in their right mind would write all that silly stuff unless they were close to the people involved !! He thinks Pitt is “honest, decent, moral ” ???? What about all the illlegetimate children ?? What about adultry ? There were pictures of them on a beach in Africa while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. And Angelina saying she wouldn’t sleep with a married man would be really funny if it wasn’t so sad. People, pleas!!! Brad and Angelina will breck up, but it may get much worse before this happens. They may also adopt more children or have them, as this seems to make them feel more in “love”. It is only a thing and both will move on. I have seen pictures lately of their older kids, but none of the twins since January 09. Yes, Yes, Yes, I am a firm believer in Karma. It looks as though the media is filled with politicians, Celebraties and sportsmen all messing up. What in the world do we have in our lives that gives us some standards?
Looks like a lot of people can’t stand other’s happiness, they have to attack a couple they don’t even know on a personal basis and are guided only by what is printed, which not always is true. Seems Jennifer does not want to say the truth about their break up and prefers all these rumors which help her to be seen by many as a poor girl who was hurt by Angelina,so people feel they have to protect her and have her as a favorite I hope this is not so because no matter what we think she knows the truth and she shouldn’t need these rumors to stand out. On the other hand Angelina only seems to mind her businesses, may be that’s what bothers Jennifer, from what we as an audience see, Angelina does not need Jennifer to have publicity, her work and style of life speaks for herself.
Without Brad Pitt Angelina is nothing. She rumoured the story that Jennifer didn’t want kids with Brad, she slept with a married man before she was divorced and she never forgave her Father for doing the same thing, but she can do it. Poor Brad didn’t have a chance with her. I think her got infacturated with her and before he knew it he had kids. Don’t blame Jen, Brad lied about it all and Jolie went along with him. well i have a good memory too, and i remember quite well that when the rumors about their affair started on the set of mams, there were a lot of comments like that, saying “no way, he can’t be cheating on jen, they are such a perfect couple, don’t believe what you read, look there’s a picture of them sooo in love on the beach” that was in december, one or two months later, blam, the split, aniston files for divorce. then the comments again, “nooo he can’t be with jolie, they said they were not together…” of course not, they wouldn’t dare lying. and blam again, they’re expecting a child. what i find really strange in all that story, is how an adultery couple becomes suddenly made of gold and the misled wife the woman to shoot in a country as puritan as america. and now i’m really amused because all the people who complain about how magazines are over themselves daring printing break up gossip about the saint and the fop are certainly the same who were posting 4 years ago defending pitt-aniston mariage. personally, i find it entertaining, and you know why ? pitt is not that good, his movies are good but certainly not because of him, and she, well, all she does screams PR. so split, stay together, whatever, reading all those articles, and especially the comments is fun !

Their lives are not one of those great love stories that will last the test of time and certainly not for forever. Their story is somewhat of a tragic affair that’s gone wrong that now includes six children. If they love children so much, then dame it, they really need to stop making or adopting them. Karma is a bitch and Angie gets all the pain she deserves for doing what she did to Jenn. I have no pitty for Angie, but I do feel sorry for the kids. Too bad Angie will end up using them as a pawn against Brad….but that’s her nature so it wouldn’t surprise me.
There are 2 sides to every story & no one s blameless. I’m only commenting on this to mirror plenty of other celeb & regular joe relationships. This isn’t the 1st or last situation of its kind. Angelina is NOT a saint…& she really is not there for her children. I’m pretty positive they’re all a publicity thing, pawns to make people think they aren’t so awful. Brad seems to be the one played worse in this game. I’ve heard plenty about aniston being rather neurotic & I’m sure they’re time was coming to an end had Angelina entered the picture or not. Whether ;olie stole him is another matter. Even if she didn’t, she had absolutely NO tact in handling it. Karma will bite her in the ass. The whole matter with her dad is the main reason I actually have zero respect or tolerance for her. Clearly she’s self centered & mentally disturbed. She is a fabulous actress though I will say, and I honestly think acting is her one passion – her true love. She likes the spotlight as much as she tries to act as though she doesn’t. wow…there are too many people that care way too much about this – and them. Stop it. here are some suggestions:
1). Spend time writing to your representatives about an issue you care about
2). Volunteer at a center that focuses on children. That will help many of the families in our neighborhoods who have had to deal with the difficulties of rearing children in our country.
3). Take the $3 or $4 dollars per week you spend on reading hollywood gossip based magazines…and put it toward your savings bank. Work to improve our national dependence on the general tax base that few pay into.
4). Read a book.
