Kristen Stewart has fears of being trampled when she goes to meet crowds of Twilight fans because they all go so crazy
The 19-year-old star — who plays Bella Swan in the smash hit vampire movie franchise — insists she is flattered by all the attention — but she cannot understand why people scream at her.
“I feel like it’s a really humble position to take but it’s not normal to find yourself in a situation where there are 5,000 screaming girls and you’re literally like fodder,” she said. “I feel like that’s not normal and it’s not something I should just say, “Oh yeah, it’s really cool.”
Stewart — who is set to play rocker Joan Jett in new movie The Runaways – recently revealed she was keen to follow in the footsteps of her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson — and feature in a movie soundtrack as well as the film.
“I don’t want to speak out of place yet,” Kristen said. “I really hope to be able to actually perform the music, but I just don’t know yet. Hopefully I’ll be able to tell you guys soon.”
