Brad Pitt ‘In Rehab’

Brad Pitt recently enrolled in an alcohol/cleansing program with a top Beverly Hills spiritual/rehab counselor, it has been claimed.Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt

The actor — who raises six children with partner Angelina Jolie — is trying to get himself free of alcohol dependency.

Pitt is apparently keen to kick his booze habit so he can pry himself loose from Jolie, who has allegedly been throwing his life into complete confusion.

“Brad’s been very stressed out for months,” reports one insider. “Things have not been going very well for him.

“He needs a change and a fresh start.  If he didn’t seek the counsellings he might have died, that’s how bad it’s been.”

“He’s doing well above the required threshold for recovery,” the source added. “He’ll be fine.  He’s a great person and great father. He’s turned to his family and an old friend for support. Finally, he got a big wake up call that was long overdue.”

    I don’t think is Brad that needs the counseling….I like to see him get out of this mess. Angelina likes to use the publicity for her and she is going to drag him thru the mud if he leaves her now. Good Luck Brad…YOUR Going to need it. I hope the kids are spared and everything goes smoothly. I can see Brad making a clean break without the publicity but Angelina is not going to let it go with a clean break (I just hope she leaves the kids out of this one). But he knew this about her when he got with her so now he pays for the damage he allowed to happen. There is almost no damage control in this sitatution swallow it and go…at least you and the kids can finally live a peaceful life when and once is over.

    Well if she’s a heroin addict why can’t he be an alchy? These stories are so ridiculous, yet about 1-2 million Americans (minimum) will believe them, which is the saddest part IMO. Whether or not they last is one thing, but they are both good people trying to do good in this world. They use their fame and wealth for worthy causes both here and abroad. It’s just jealousy IMO. They are more attractive, more successful, more wealthy and more compassionate than 99.9% of the posters who put them down. If they were self centered, moderately attractive, moderately talented and totally superficial they would be loved (just like his EX-wife)

    It’s been quite obvious for a long time that Brad is a drunk. He told a story about how Zahara almost choked to death on an ice cube because he was too drunk to react in time.
    He’s been seen more and more with glassy eyes, bloated face and a constant drink in his hand.
    I can’t believe his fans are in denial since it is as plain as the nose on his face.
