Amy Winehouse‘s comeback gig has been branded a shambles — after the troubled singer stopped performing half way through.

The Rehab hitmaker, 25, was apparently forced to abandon her performance at the St Lucia Jazz Festival after torrential rain hit the island last night.

But concert goers claim the real reason Amy left the stage was because the audience booed her performance.

After taking to the stage, Amy, sporting a tight-fitting blue dress, appeared to struggle with her balance and stumbled through the lyrics of her songs.

When the crowd began to jeer, the London-born songstress is alleged to have shouted ‘**** you’ back to the audience at least twice before exiting the stage.

Amy’s spokesman claims the star was forced to abandon the show because of weather conditions which caused technical difficulties.

“Amy would like to express her disappointment that weather forced the abandonment of her show at the St Lucia Jazz Festival last night,” the rep said.

“Amy and the band tried to soldier on but the set had to be cut short.

“Amy is very disappointed as St Lucia has been wonderful to her and its people have welcomed her with open arms, but circumstances beyond anyone’s control meant that this special show did not go as planned.”

Winehouse previously said it was an “honor” to be performing in St Lucia, where she is recording new material.

But last week she was briefly hospitalized after suffering from dehydration.
