Boy George Leaves Prison

Boy George left prison Monday — after serving just four months of his 15 month sentence.
The former Culture Club singer, real name George O’Dowd, was imprisoned on January 16 for falsely imprisoning and assaulting a rent boy.
The 47-year-old remained tight-lipped as he was dropped off at his house in a black Range Rover, stopping to collect a wrapped gift from one of two fans waiting outside, reports British tabloid The Sun.
His brother Kevin O’Dowd stressed that his homecoming would be a sober celebration.
Speaking outside the star’s home, in North London, Kevin said, “We don’t drink, so there’s definitely not going to be any of that kind of celebrating going on.”
George will now have to wear an ankle tag and adhere to a curfew.
