Lily Allen took to her Twitter account Saturday to hit out at the paparazzi.

The Smile singer compared her taking pictures of animals on safari to how she is treated by celebrity snappers.

“Safari is something I’ve always wanted to do. Don’t think I’ll sleep tonight,” she wrote. “I already feel guilty about exploiting the animals with my camera, I’ve got a big long lenz, reminds me of some c*nts I know.”

“There is a difference between a modern day celeb and someone who writes and sings songs. I don’t wanna be a celeb,” she added.

“[The paparazzi] are not nice people, they try and get a reaction, so they get good pics. I’d be happy if they went away.

“And finally, who wants celebs. They’re are talented people, watch their movies, appreciate their songs, fuck the rest. Its ass.

“I don’t wanna be where I am. I want to do mY thing. I don’t use those guys pics to promote my career. I use my own.

“My point was, I’m pretty sure that my music is what got people talking, I’m confident I could sustain a singing career without the paparazzis.”
