Jessica Simpson Teams up With Dolly Parton?
Jessica Simpson is teaming up with Dolly Parton in a bid to save her flagging music career, according to a new report.
After Jessica’s debut country album flopped, Parton has apparently taken pity on the singer/actress and has offered to bankroll Jess’ second country record on her label, Dolly Records.
“Dolly sees a lot of herself in Jessica. Her personal life has been the focal point of a lot of unwanted attention, and like Jessica, she’s had to battle her own doubts and demons,” an insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer.
“But Dolly is a pull-yourself-up-by-your-bootstraps kind of gal, and she’s tried to instill some of that in Jessica.
“Jessica adores Dolly and trusts her completely. She says she’s ready to roll up her sleeves again, and she certainly wants success. But she doesn’t always seem willing to put in the hard work to make it happen. She would blow off tour rehearsals to hang out with [boyfriend] Tony Romo.
“Dolly is giving Jess a second chance. But if Jess is to succeed, ultimately she’s the one who has to make it happen.”

Uuuugggghhh,,,,Ok….Is Dolly sure it is talent she she’s a lot of in Jessica that reminds her of herself or is it just BIG BOOBS and Blonde Hair????? Because that is the only thing remotely the same about these two and PLEASE I MEAN NO OFFENSE TO DOLLY….She is one of my most favorite Singer/Actors and well just about everything she does is GREAT…But I don’t think Jessica Simpson has what it takes….Sorry Dolly….. but I wish you luck anyway.
