Lily Allen Denies Trashing Hotel Room
Lily Allen has spoken out to set the record straight over claims she trashed a hotel room in Paris, France, earlier this month — insisting her band caused the damage.
The Everything’s Just Wonderful singer was accused of wrecking her room at a Parisian hotel during a boozy day off.
But Allen, 23, has shot down the reports — and claims she was staying in a different hotel at the time.
“They did a pretty good job of [the hotel room] in Paris. TVs out of the window and everything, but I wasn’t there. I wasn’t involved,” the songstress tells British radio station Capital FM.
“I was in a different hotel. It was a day off. When I have a day off and you’re in a European city the band tends to be a write off.
“I didn’t see them for that whole day, I didn’t want to. They sounded like they were in a state.”
