Adam Lambert to Come Out in Rolling Stone?
Adam Lambert is to confirm his sexuality — in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone magazine, according to a report.
The American Idol runner-up — who is widely believed to be gay, but has so far played coy on the subject — will be coming out officially on the next cover of the respected music mag, according to the New York Post.
“He didn’t want it to be an issue during the contest, but he’s fine with his sexuality,” an insider said.
A rep for Rolling Stone said, “We don’t comment on future covers.” Lambert’s rep, Roger Widynowski, didn’t return e-mails.
Meanwhile, Idol judge Kara DioGuardi insists the glam rocker has always been open about his sexuality.
“I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet],” she says in a chat set to air on The View Friday.
