Britney Spears is being sued. Again.

The Toxic singer is facing another trip to court over claims she ran over a photographer’s foot as she was pulling out of a Beverly Hills parking structure in 2007.

Footage of the incident, captured by TMZ, shows snapper Rick Mendoza walking away from the scene, although one witness claims to have heard his foot crack.

In his lawsuit, Mendoza said Britney’s people – who are also defendants: “should have known…Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner.”

Spears is a lawyer’s wet dream — recent reports show the troubled star shelled out a whopping $3.2million in legal fees between February and December last year.
