Kylie Minogue can’t wait to head Stateside for her first ever American tour.
“I am so excited about the tour later this year! Just can’t wait for it so… gosh I can hardly wait to get over there,” the Aussie singer told the UK’s Metro newspaper.
However, Minogue insists she isn’t launching another bid to crack the notoriously tough American music market. “This has been a long time coming for me,” she adds.
“People will say it’s trying to crack the States again. But it’s not. It’s not about cracking anything.
“For me this will be about giving a big massive thank you to all the loyal fans that have waited so long for me to come over. They’ve waited too long for this.”
Kylie will embark on her first ever North American concert tour, kicking off on 30 September in Oakland, California. The tour so far has nine planned concerts in the United States and Canada
