Sandra Bullock is “the queen” of planning and precision.

The actress — who stars alongside Ryan Reynolds and Betty White in new movie The Proposal – admits she has an unhealthy obsession with arranging her life and setting out what she is going to do.

“I’m like the queen of planning and scheduling and I’m trying very hard to stop it,” says Sandra. “I just want to finish what I’m doing and go home. I want to have a weekend. I want to have breakfast, a stack of pancakes. I don’t want to not enjoy where I am at this very moment. So, every time I plan something the exact opposite happens. I hope that I’m always satisfied and content like I am right at this very moment.”

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, Bullock revealed how she separates her home life from her career: “I was never the kind of girl who said, ‘One day, I am going to be a beautiful bride, and I am going to have a family.’ I wanted to work and support myself and make my parents proud. All I did was work. I did three or four films a year, and felt like I was on a treadmill. Finally I said, ‘Nothing is exciting to me anymore.’ So I took six months off, which turned into a year, and said, ‘God, I don’t miss it.’ That’s when all kinds of interesting things crossed my path.”
