Robert Pattinson is on the fast track to Hollywood’s A-list — so we thought it might be a nice idea to have a look through some photos (old and new) featuring the rising young star.
The actor first came to mainstream attention playing the role of Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire; but his career skyrocketed when he played the part of vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie franchise.

Despite Pattinson’s clearly adorable features, he’s still a little bit self-conscious.
The actor recently revealed that he doesn’t see himself as a heartthrob.
“I’m so surprised things have actually worked out the way they have,” he said, adding that he’s not worried about being typecast as a love interest. “I am just thinking the whole time: ‘I don’t really have the right personality to fit into that kind of role’.
“I’m not really afraid of it though because I don’t really know how to play up that aspect of it. I don’t know if I could ever really be cast in a heartthrob role really — apart from Twilight, which I didn’t really know was a heartthrob role. I really don’t feel I am one.”
