Madonna Gets Green Light in Adoption Bid?

MadonnaMadonna is said to be “ecstatic” after three appeal judges agreed her application to take home Malawian toddler Mercy James.

Officials in the African country have reportedly submitted reports recommending her as a mother for the three-year-old girl.

Madonna, 50, whose two-year application to adopt the three-year-old was blocked by a court in March, has been told the news by her lawyer Alan Chinula.

“The paperwork is being typed up now,” an insider told British newspaper The Sun. “All recommendations are in favour of the adoption taking place. Mercy should start packing her bags. She’s off to America.”

“She’s ecstatic,” a friend of the singer added. “She made a promise that she wouldn’t give up on Mercy and, believe me, she could move mountains when she’s this determined.”

Madonna, 50, is already mom to daughter Lourdes, 12, and sons Rocco, eight, and David, three, who she adopted in Malawi.

    I’m really happy with this. Madonna is a great mother with a huge lifestyle to offer a deprived child who would most probably die otherwise. She has gotten alot of abuse over this recently but people should mind their own business and just applaud her rather than be jealous
