Kristen Stewart ‘Loves Robert Pattinson as a Friend’

Robert PattinsonKristen Stewart has denied claims she’s dating her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson — reportedly telling pals she “loves” him as a friend.

The pair — who play onscreen lovers in the smash hit vampire movie franchise — have been romantically linked for the past few months.

But sources insist Kristen — who is currently in a relationship with actor Michael Angarano — isn’t dating the hunky British star.

“She loves Robert as a friend, and of course she thinks he’s really hot,” a source on the Vancouver, Canada, set of Twilight sequel New Moon told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

“She says as an actress, it helps process along that he’s interested in her — it makes it easier for them to build the onscreen chemistry that draws people into their story for the film.

“Kristen just sloughs off any talk of the two of them hooking up. She turns red and says, ‘I’m so NOT going there!’”

Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke recently hinted that Robert and Kristen could be dating.

“People love to talk, so let them have fun talking,” Hardwicke told E! News. “I think they have an interesting, wonderful connection, so you know…What does dating mean? I don’t know. I couldn’t say.”

    Kristen and Robert do not play on screen lovers. They play Bella and Edward who are in love with each other. If they are dating in real life, good for them, but with all the rumors and press and pictures and speculation, it must put a strain on the relationship. I think they both understand what each other is going through and turn to each other for support. A good friend will help you through anything, girlfriends/boyfriends come and go.

    I agree.It is so boring to hear the same nagging about their so called “dating”. Who gives a f**k and if they are so be it. I´ll never believe they will become more than just great friends anyway. Leave them alone.

    To be honest, I don’t full understand why the media and whole world make a huge deal about RPattz and KStew. I don’t understand why a lot of people make a huge deal about a guy and a girl being close friends. They can be friends if they want to, they don’t have to date to please everyone. I mean, KStew has been with her boyfriend for four years or two, I can’t remember and I doubt she’d suddenly cheat on him behind his back. She doesn’t look like that kind of girl who suddenly cheats and leaves him for another guy because his hot and plays a vampire. I mean, a lot of the paparazzi make a huge deal because they haven’t seen her with Michael for a month? :/ If KStew and RPattz want to be friends, they can be. They don’t have to date. I feel sorry for all this s*** they have to listen to. And I don’t fully understand why people believe everything the media says. I’ll believe stuff when I hear it coming from their actual mouths, not from interviews and the paparazzi. They could twist their words and make up BS.

    i think kristen and robert are a pair and i think that they should hook up they seem to get along great and if they really are going to be spending a lot of time together for all of the rest of the movies then what better than getting together! what ever there going to do im on there side all the way.

    this is redicioulous they should just leave them alone some say k.stew has broken up with her long time boyfriennd and some say she just loves r.patts as a friend you know they should let them make up there decision sure it wouldbe tottaly awesome if they dated but i think people should just leave them aloe you know let them make up there desicion then start gossiping about they havent even done anything about there relationship and they already r making up bull crap about them and they havent even made a final decision.
