Mariah Carey took to her Twitter page Tuesday to reveal the name of her new single.

“The 1st single from my new album Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel is called Obsessed and will be at radio next Tuesday,” she Tweeted.

“I’m a lil’ exc,” she added. “Seriously, this is one of my favorite songs ever. I love the whole album. I’m completely immersed in it. I can’t wait for you to hear it.”

While details of Mariah’s new record remain sketchy, back in January songwriter/ producer The-Dream revealed he’d been working on some tracks with the singer.

“I love her, she’s everything,” he said about Mariah. “She’s down, she’s cool, she gets it. You think she’s this big, but she gets it. She’s all the way in there. I told her we need to get back in there. It’s not like it used to be where you can wait to come out with an album. I’m like, ‘Let’s go, let’s do it!’ And she’s up for it.”

It was reported earlier this week that Carey, 39, had been “stuffing her face” as she makes her upcoming record.

“Mariah loves food,” an insider said. “Right now she’s making an album and eating everything and anything she wants. She has put on about 15 pounds, but she loves the curves.

“She’ll definitely tone up again when she releases her album, but as of now, she’s stuffing her face.”
