Madonna is said to be “ecstatic” that three appeal judges agreed her application to take home Malawian toddler Mercy James.

Madonna, 50, whose two-year application to adopt the three-year-old was blocked by a court in March, is still waiting for the final judgment next week.

But the Holiday singer said she was “jittery with the anticipation” of holding Mercy in her arms again.

“She’s ecstatic — over the moon,” an insider told British newspaper The Sun.

“She made a promise she wouldn’t give up on Mercy, and she can move mountains when she’s this determined.”

Officials at Madonna’s charity Raising Malawi yesterday revealed she had already made plans for a private jet to fly Mercy to New York.
