Lady GaGa has revealed how she picks out her flamboyant clothes — kids’ games.
When asked about the method behind her madcap fashion, the Poker Face singer replied, “Rock, Paper Scissors.”
“Most of my references are from the past,” she added. “I am mostly inspired by past designers and icons. I love Grace Jones and David Bowie. I really love people who have a strong iconic shape to who they are.”
GaGa — whose real name is Stefani Germanotta — recently insisted she’ll never dress casual — because she doesn’t want to upset her fans.
“That’s a very dangerous precedent, and it’s not fair to my fans,” she said. “They don’t want to see me that way, just like I don’t want to see David Bowie in a tracksuit. He never let anyone see him that way.
“The outlet for my work is not just the music and the videos, it’s every breathing moment of my life. I’m always saying something about art and music and fame. That’s why you don’t ever catch me in sweatpants.”
