Eminem is Looking at Scripts

Eminem is planning a return to Hollywood.
The rap superstar, real name Marshall Mathers, is yet to follow up his film success in semi-biographical hit 8 Mile (2002) but is now ready to make his way back to movie stardom.
“I am looking at scripts and I’m looking to get back into it quite soon,” says Eminem, who is said to have been taking advice from Bruno star and pal Sacha Baron Cohen on his film projects. “I don’t know exactly how soon I will get back but it will be soon.
“I do have a cameo coming up [in Adam Sandler's Funny People] but I can’t tell you what the next thing will be or what movie it will be. It is happening though.”
The Stan hitmaker recently revealed how music legend Elton John helped him kick drugs.
“I talk to Elton a lot. We became friends, and I talk to him about things, career-wise,” he said.
“When I first wanted to get sober, I called him and spoke to him about it, because, you know, he’s somebody who’s in the business and can identify and relate to the lifestyle and how hectic things can be.”
