Leonardo DiCaprio’s split from girlfriend Bar Refaeli came after months of arguing over his refusal to take their relationship to the next level, it has emerged.
Further fueling the rows were snaps of Leo in a string of compromising positions with women in nightclubs recently.
“Leo was in New York last week, he had a girl sitting on his knee and they were drinking from the same glass,” an insider said.
“He was behaving very much like a single guy.
“Bar is now fed up with his behavior.
“They’ve been an item since 2006 and she wanted to see any sign of commitment from him. But he just wasn’t prepared to change his ways for her.”
Last week the Titanic star, 34, was seen partying alone in New York.
“He was getting hit on by a few girls and wasn’t doing anything to discourage them,” an eyewitness said.
“At one point he had his arms around a couple of them and later he had his hand on a girl’s knee.”
