Jennifer Aniston is steering clear of men for the time being — not just in love but in her work life too.

The former Friends actress says she prefers working with other women and Hollywood is not always as bitchy as it’s made out to be.

“There are a great many women that I love and work with, off-screen, on screen and behind the scenes,” she said. “I’ve had a lot of good experiences of working with women.”

Aniston, 40, recently revealed that she struggles to watch her own movies.

“I have to be self-critical,” she told Fox News. “I think it’s good to sort of go, ‘Well yeah don’t do that next time’ or ‘not a great choice.’ You’ve always got to keep trying things but sometimes not everything’s going to work.”
