Sandra Bullock is “very grateful” to the female director of her new movie The Proposal — because she edited out the actress’ wobbly bum!

The 44-year-old Speed star says she was more than a little anxious about a nude scene in the comedy during which her co-star, Ryan Reynolds, slaps her bare behind.

“I was really worried about my butt jiggling when contact was made,” says Bullock. “Luckily the director was a fellow female and knew just how to cut the scene before the ripple effect happened. I an very grateful.”

Bullock recently insisted that her husband, Jesse James, supports her when it comes to doing nude scenes with her male costars.

“No one understands the process better than Jesse does,” she said. “He’s not gonna like it — he doesn’t like it — but I wouldn’t want it any other way. If he was like, ‘I don’t care’, I’d be like, ‘I’m sorry, what?’ It’s not an easy thing for any spouse to watch, but he understands and so he supports me.”
