Paris Hilton looked this in 1999!

Yup. She really has been around that long. She would’ve been 18/19 at the time.

I think we can safely say everyone’s favorite socialite has had quite a bit of work done over the decade.

Here’s a more recent snap:

Hilton — who is currently in Dubai filming the latest version of her search for a pal reality TV show — recently revealed that she’s coming back to England very soon.

“London is totally my favorite city in the whole world. I love it,” she said.

“I would totally move to London one day. There’s lots of restaurants with really good food. I love Top Shop and Harrods.

“My favorite thing about London is the accents. I love a British accent.”
