Adam Lambert ‘Dating Interior Designer’
Adam Lambert has a new boyfriend — interior designer Drake LaBry.
The American Idol runner-up and LaBry — who met while on vacation in Lake Tahoe two years ago — enjoyed a getaway as a couple on the weekend of May 29 to the Bacara Resort and Spa in Santa Barbara, Calif.
“Adam is walking on air, he’s so happy!” an insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer. “Not only has he found fame on Idol, but he’s got someone to share all his success with.
“Drake still lives in his native Louisiana, but he travels back and forth to L.A. frequently to be with Adam — and he’s definitely considering moving to L.A. permanently so they can be together.”
“Everything is so crazy for Adam right, and it’s going to get even more hectic when the Idol tour gets into full swing,” the source added.
“So it was important for them to able to spend some quiet time together. It was wonderful for Adam and Drake to sleep in, order room service and just totally relax.
“The weekend just went so perfectly, they never wanted it to end!”
“Adam,” added the source, “is incredibly sweet and tender and treats Drake very well. They have intense chemistry together, and you can just tell they’re crazy about each other. They can’t wait to see where the future takes them!”
