Cameron Diaz Leads a Simple Life

Cameron Diaz doesn’t want to live in a mansion — because she wants to lead a “simple” life.
The Charlie’s Angel star is modest when it comes to her home, and is happy living in her LA singleton pad.
“I try to lead a simple life,” she says. “I don’t have a mansion. I have a tiny house in LA that is 2,000 square feet. Contrary to what you might have read, I never bought a 28 million-dollar place In Hawaii. Who in their friggin’ right mind would do that? I mean it’s ridiculous, absurd.”
Diaz, 36, recently revealed that she enjoys surfing because it makes her feel closer to God.
“It’s funny everyone sees me as a surfer girl because I grew up in California but as a child I never surfed because I had no one to teach me and I didn¹t even have a surf board,” she said. “I love it now though. It’s very spiritual for me. It’s like being directly in touch with God. It’s so healing and amazing.”
