Don't you people know anything about making movies? Every actor showing skin gets body make-up which includes covering up scars and yes... shading for definitition. This is not a new thing invented for Robert's abs! I am sure some lackey on the set saw them doing body make-up and assumed it was all fake but you can't fake the whole thing.
