Vanessa Hudgens Hurt Her Hands Filming Bandslam

Vanessa Hudgens hurt her hands on her new movie by playing the guitar.
The High School Musical star says her fingers are so tiny she had trouble grasping her guitar in Bandslam and had to bandage up her poorly digits at the end of each day.
“I learned how to play the guitar for Bandslam — and I got to rock out at the end! It really hurts your fingers though, and I had the worst calluses. My hands are tiny too so I was doing crazy things with my fingers. ”
Vanessa, 20, recently revealed that she’s learning how to kick and punch for her role in new movie Sucker Punch.
“I’m not necessarily scared,” she said. “I am extremely excited. I had my stunt evaluation the other day and it was basically learning how to throw the correct punches and all these kicks and craziness that I never knew how to do.
“By the end of that day I was going back and forth with someone — kicking, punching, kicking, punching — and then he would have to come back at me and I would have to block it. Then the next day I felt so bad. I have never been so sore in my life. I love it but it was ridiculous.”
