Martin Bashir’s Michael Jackson Documentary to Air in America

Martin Bashir, who paid tribute to Michael Jackson this week, will see his fly-on-the-wall documentary repeated on the channel NBC, on Monday night.

Living with Michael Jackson first aired in the UK in 2003, following Bashir undertaking a documentary which further blemished the King of Pop’s career, and led to a further state of paranoia.

As part of the Dateline NBC Special strand, the show will be specially edited to fit into a one hour slot.

Currently, there are shows far and wide on channels in America, the UK and worldwide, which attempt to biographically track the life of a man whose mystique was unbelievable. Trying to unravel the life and death of the star is TV’s responsibility for the coming months.

    this is disgusting. why are they airing the documentary that lead to michael’s downfall and demise? why don’t they just let this documentary go and stop airing it, for god’s sake. let michael rest in peace!

    Bashir’s documentery was secured with promise and frienship to michael. Michael entrusted Bashir due to Bashirs earlier interview with Pricess Diana who was Michael’s friend.
    The interview is niether fair nor journalistically objective. As Bashirs first major national opportunity its evident by listening to his narration & commentary throughtout the piece his is willfully dangling question and suspicion of Michael behavior and habits. He craflty understood it would create buzz and viewership. Credit to him for creative ingenuity. Shame on him for creating a post interview environment that was the probable catalyst for the subsequent accusations, charges, and trial. Martin Bashir does indeed bare resonsibilty for that. Most agree this was the beginnjing of the end as Micheals spirit never recovered from a trial generated by Bashirs sensationalistic betrayal. The question now: Just how much more resposibility should he bare?

    This is disgusting. The Youtube videos of “Martin Bashir: Michael Jackson-The Footage You Were NEVER Meant to See” is what should be shown to the public. Michael Jackson had his camera man recording the documentary as well. It PROVES Martin Bashir edited, lied, & twisted the documentary. Everyone needs to see this footage!

    I think that showing video such as the following after the passing of such an icon and amazing man is just disgusting I do NOT think it should be shown now or ever the man was an incredible performer and dedicated to his family friends and fans why should this be put out there to try to change peoples views the world has lost a very loved talented man and for that the world should be mourning not having tv stations playing hurtfull smuck like this.

It killed him. He took a long time to die, but it started that night. Previously the drugs were a crutch, but after that they became a necessity” PLEASE PLEASE DON’T AIR IT AGAIN…

    WHAT MARTIN BASHIR DID WAS UGLY AND UNFROFESSIONAL, MICHAEL TRUSTED IN HIM, JUST TO TURN AROUND AND MADE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE MICHAEL LOOK BAD, I SAW IT LAST NIGHT AND FOR THE FIRST TIME I SAW THE REAL TRUTH OF SOME JOURNALIST WHO WOULD DO ANYTHING AND EVERYGHING TO TRICK AND MISLEAD PEOPLE, MICHAEL GAVE HE’S ALL, HE GAVE HE’S HEART AND WAS REAL!     This documentary should never be shown again. Michael trusted in Mr.Bashir to come and tell only the truth about his life, the things that the public eye and media couldn’t see. He wanted his name to be cleared from all the drama and confusion so he invited Mr.Bashir a place to say. Mr.Bashir took the truth and twisted it into something so disgusting and horrifying, that it drove Michael to taking these medications. Michael was human just like anyone else,and only wanted to help “HEAL THE WORLD”. He wanted to make this an better place for everyone that lives upon it,and because he was uniquely different the world treated him bad.

    I beg of You..For Michael J. Jackson plz dont ever air this documentary.. It’s disgusting to the fans of Michael and we only want to remember him from his good. We don’t need the bad mixing in there, and recreating problems..Plz for Michael.
