Michael Jackson’s Last Rehearsal — Photo

Here’s a picture of Michael Jackson — taken just two days before his tragic death — rehearsing for his upcoming London tour. Michael Jackson

The pic was snapped at L.A.’s Staples Center on June 23.

It was reported this morning that there is a high-quality video of the rehearsal.

The footage apparently shows Jackson “dancing like a 20-year-old” to hits like Beat It, Thriller and Billie Jean.

“He danced as well or better than the 20-year-old dancers we surrounded him with,” said Randy Phillips of AEG Live, who were promoting Jackson’s gigs at London’s O2 Arena.

“He was riveting. I thought this was going to be the greatest live show ever produced. He was so great, I got goose bumps.”

“Michael did a full run-through of his planned comeback concert. He was in high spirits and totally engaged,” a source added.

“He was energetic, optimistic and focused and gave no indication of what was to come.

“Talks are going on to decide what to do with this high quality footage of Michael Jackson’s last on-stage performance.

“These recordings are worth tens of millions of pounds.

“It’s still highly sensitive but there’s a feeling the film could be cut to show a complete performance and be screened at huge arenas, maybe even the O2.

“Nothing can replace seeing Michael on stage — but this is the nearest there is.”

Jackson, 50, died Thursday (June 25) after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles.

Rest in Peace, Michael.
