Michael Jackson’s will is going to be filed today (Wednesday, July 1st 2009) in Los Angeles County Superior Court, TMZ reports.

The Jackson family received a copy of the superstar’s will Tuesday.

The will reportedly leaves everything to his mom, Katherine Jackson, his three kids and one or more charities. His father, Joe Jackson, gets nothing.

The document was being held by Michael’s attorney John Branca.

Jackson, 50, died Thursday (June 25) after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles.

The King of Pop will have both a public and a private funeral.

A public memorial will be held at Neverland Ranch on Friday, July 3, NBC News and CNN reported.

In addition, a private funeral will be held at Jackson’s famed estate in Santa Barbara for the Jackson family on Sunday.
