Emma Watson plans to continue with her acting career — even though she is due to start university in the US later this year.

The 19-year-old — who plays Hermione Grainger in the Harry Potter film franchise — insists that her time at Uni isn’t “mutually exclusive”.

“There’s been a lot of confusion in the media that university is mutually exclusive, that I can’t act as well as study at the same time, and I seem to have managed it okay up to this point so that’s what I hope to continue to do.” she said.

“I think I’m just looking forward to being a teenager for a bit, meeting people my own age and just kind of being normal for a bit,” she added.

“I love learning and I don’t ever want to stop. It was always my dream before doing the films and I don’t see why it should change.”
