Emma Watson is dreading starting university — in case her roommate is a Harry Potter fan!
The actress — who plays Hermione Granger in the smash hit movie franchise – begins studying art and literature at Columbia University in New York in September.
Asked at a Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince press conference what her ideal dorm partner would be like, Watson said, “As long as there are no Harry Potter posters on the wall, I will be fine and happy – oh God, it’s part luck, isn’t it, we’ll see.”
Her co-star Daniel Radcliffe was also at the jaunt in New York and joked, “I really hope they are a really massive Harry Potter fan. I hope you walk in and the first thing you see is your face on a duvet.”
Emma added, “Cleanliness is good. Hopefully I’m reasonably okay to live with.”
Asked what she will miss when she moves to America, Watson said, “Marmite, baked beans, London taxis and the rain! I may have to bring boxes full of Marmite and baked beans with me.”
