Gordon Ramsay is a foul-mouthed, small minded fascist who thinks he’s cornered the market on what constitutes good food. His type of high priced cordon bleu is fien if your identity is tired to your bank balance and you have the social aspirations of a Paris Hilton. For most thinking people, pretencious food is in bad taste and so Jamie Oliver who doesn’t need to be an abominable pig to up his ratings is an infinitely better choice when it comes to real cooking for real people: tasty, quick, using local in season produce to make food that does not need the paraphenalia of a professional kitchen to make good food. Poeple like Ramsay need to mystify the art of cooking – his livelihood depends on it. And he is obviously not particularly good at that either given all the filing for liquidation stories. So Ramsay – put on sock it in.
