Michael Jackson was left infertile when his dad kicked him in the groin, it has been claimed.

According to Paul Gohranson — the former gay lover of Jackson’s doctor Arnold Klein — the King of Pop was booted between the legs so hard by dad Joe that he never recovered.

Gohranson is also adamant that Klein is the biological father of Michael’s three children.

“Jackson told Dr Klein that he thinks that’s where the damage was done because he said his testicle was never the same again,” Gohranson told Radar Online.

“He said it was enlarged and was always painful. He didn’t have the ability to even donate sperm, he wasn’’t producing it any more.”

Gohranson also revealed that Debbie Rowe — the mother of Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11 — did not know that Jacko was not the biological father.

“According to Arnold, they — Jackson and Rowe — had come to a business agreement,” he said.

“Marriage was supposed to be the cover to have the children.

“What I understand is that Debbie was to not know who the sperm donor was.

“She was supposed to be led on that Michael donated the sperm because apparently, he hadn’t shared with her that he couldn’t have kids.”

Despite Gohranson’s claims, Michael’s older brother, Tito, yesterday insisted Jacko is the kids’ real father.

“They are all his children,” he told UK newspaper the Daily Mirror. “Blanket is Michael’s, I can tell. Those eyes don’t lie. Them eyes are Michael over again. I see a lot of Michael in him.”

“Paris and Prince are Michael’s children,” Tito insisted. “Yes they are. Just because they look white doesn’t mean they are not his.

“I have an uncle who is married to a white girl and they have three kids. Two of them are white and one is black.

“When they go to school people don’t even know they are brother and sister.

“They are all Michael’s children. Prince looks just like my grandfather. There’s no question they are Michael’s. They are 100% his.

“The kids are like three peas in a pod. They remind me of me and my brothers when we were growing up.”

Jackson died June 25 after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles. He was 50. It is widely believed that an overdose of painkillers caused Jacko’s untimely demise.
