Jennifer Lopez demonstrated her skills as a mother while filming her new movie, The Backup Plan, on location in Greenwich Village, New York, on July 21, 2009.

The Back-Up Plan, which hits theaters next year, tells the story of a single woman (Zoe, played by Lopez) who decides to get artificially inseminated in response to her ticking biological clock.

Lopez, 39, recently revealed that she takes her twins Max and Emme to work with her.

“I bring the babies to work with me,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I love it. Honestly, one of the best days of my life was the first day back working on this film — I wanted to do this film really badly — and bringing my babies with me that morning. I was like, ‘Oh my God, they’re with me, I’m making a movie, they’re here!’ It’s great having kids on set. It’s the best.”
