Anna Friel: ‘I Like Having Boobs’

Anna Friel is proud of her figure — and insists she’s in no hurry to lose weight, because she likes her breasts too much.
The British admits she feels pressure in Hollywood to ditch her curves, but she refuses to be too strict with her diet because she’s happy with her body.
“There is pressure in Hollywood, no doubt about it,” said the Pushing Daisies star. “You have to watch your weight if you are an actress in this town. I’ve become much more health-conscious since being in America.
“But I don’t want to lose any weight as I like having boobs and I’d lose them. I feel quite proud I’ve got curves. I wouldn’t like to be totally scrawny.”
Friel, 33, recently said she’s grateful for her success.
“I would never take success for granted –I feel very lucky to be working at all,” she insisted.
“I often think: ‘Don’t you dare for a second moan about your lot! You should feel humbled and grateful for all you’ve got!’
“I want to appreciate what’s going on, as I’m doing it. If we keep looking ahead to the future and thinking, ‘What’s next?’, we’ll miss something wonderful in the present.”
