Megan Fox wants to date a geek.

The Transformers actress says her experiences as a fan and a star at San Diego Comic Con have made her realize just what a nice bunch comic book fans are.

“I have been a few times and even though there are a lot of guys here, they are always very polite and very kind,” explains Megan. “Maybe it’s because I’m a geek too but the guys you meet here are very nice and very appreciative of what you do.”

Fox, 23, recently described herself as a tomboy.

“I actually only had one female friend growing up,” she said. “Most of my friends were boys. I was such a tomboy. I always enjoyed doing guy things.

“So I really didn’t get along with the girls in that aspect. My one girlfriend lives in Florida and she works in a mall. She’s the furthest thing from an actress.”
