Kim Kardashian Glad to Have Her Independence Back

Kim KardashianKim Kardashian isn’t dwelling on the past following her recent split from beau Reggie Bush — she insists she’s happy to have her independence back.

The reality TV star recently told People magazine that she was looking to buy a house — on her own.

“I’ve always wanted to buy a big house myself and … It is time for me to move. I wish my sisters could move in with me,” she said.

“I don’t think I would ever live with someone unless I’m engaged. I’m really firm on that. I have done it before. I would tell all my friends, the best thing is to keep your independence. It feels really good to be able to buy a place by myself.”

Kim, 28, began dating Reggie, 24, in April 2007.

On Monday, Kardashian’s rep insisted her split from Bush was mutual.

“Nobody cheated,” the rep said. “This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions.

“It was a totally mutual decision.”

In June of this year, the star denied rumors of an engagement, as falsely reported by tabloid Star.

“I am not engaged!” Kim wrote on her website. “The rumors about me picking out my ring already are also not true! I don’t know where all this comes from!!”

    if this rumor is true than i feel like the media the public in general should allow these two handle their personal business in private. and if this rumor is not true than this is just another way to show you how nosey the media is.
