Katie Holmes to Star in Sex & The City Movie Sequel?

Katie Holmes is being lined up to star in the next Sex and the City movie, according to reports.
The former Dawson’s Creek actress — who is married to Tom Cruise — is apparently in talks to play a feisty businesswoman who rivals Kim Cattrall‘s man-eating character Samantha.
“The character they want her to play is a really ballsy, high-powered company executive who tangles with Samantha,” a source said.
Holmes is in Australia filming on the set of low-budget indie flick Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark.
Shooting for the Sex and the City flick begins in the autumn, with release set for May 2010.
