Susan Boyle is planning to crack America.

The Scottish singing sensation, 48, will reportedly head to the States in November. She’ll sing at several public events before releasing an album at the end of that month.

Record company bosses see the US market as the most crucial, so Susan — who shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent — will concentrate her efforts there instead of in the UK.

“We are really pleased with how she is doing and the album is now well on the way to being finished,” a source close to Susan told Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper.

“Susan will be flying to America in November to give her fans there a treat for Thanksgiving. Initially there were plans for a single, but now it seems to be all about an album.”

Boyle recently said she felt like a “megastar” when she appeared on American TV alongside Elaine Page — bumping President Barack Obama out of a prime-time slot.

“It was fantastic to be on TV with Elaine,” Boyle told Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper. “When I watched the interview back I felt like a megastar for the first time.

“I can’t believe how much my life has changed in the past few weeks. I am so happy and I never want it to end.”
