In the end this will only be resolved by supervised confrontation of Amy and Blake, and the risk is that will result in a reconciliation as that coin flips, heads or tails. It would be a pity if the hate has to be escalated to enable these two souls to recognise they have to let go. The reality is that is never possible in totality, nor should it be, but they have to recognise the nature of their mutually destructive relationship and find the strength to change themselves from within.
