Dakota Fanning Dating Freddie Highmore?

Dakota FanningTwilight star Dakota Fanning is reportedly dating Charlie and the Chocolate Factory actor Freddie Highmore — the pair recently enjoyed a dinner date together.

Dakota’s mom Joy apparently set up the meal for her 15 year-old daughter and the 17 year-old Brit actor.

“Joy met Freddie first and thought he was the perfect date for Dakota,” a source revealed. “He’s a nice kid, not someone who parties.”

The young couple enjoyed a dinner date at Los Angeles’s Il Cielo on July 25.

“[Freddie] was such a gentleman, and they have a lot in common,” the source explained. “They’re sweet together, but of course it’s nothing serious.”

Fanning plays evil vampire Jane in Twilight sequel New Moon, which is due out later this year.

The young actress is currently filming Joan Jett biopic The Runaways alongside her New Moon costar Kristen Stewart.
