Jennifer Aniston doesn’t like being famous.

The actress — whose love life is under constant scrutiny — has described the intrusion into her private life as “horrendous”.

“It’s just so weird, even my dog Norman gets recognized,” she said. “But I will never stop doing my job because of these paparazzi as then I’d be giving them the power by letting them win.

“But it has been horrendous at times. I have had to simply move through it and try to think positive.

“I have a very small group of friends. Usually I will talk with one or two of them and get advice and then I get the data and figure out what I am going to do.”

Aniston, 40, earlier this week revealed that her friends always join her for dinner.

“My friends love coming over [to my house], because they get fed,” she told the September issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, on newsstands Aug. 11. “It’s the best restaurant in town.”
